TILLANDSIA AIR PLANTS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO HAWAII DUE TO STATE REGULATIONS

WE OFFER A SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE - this means that we accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience and payments are processed through an encryption and SSL (secure socket layer ) technology. All of your personal information is private and protected under this encryption and held safely on secured servers and is not transferred via email at any time. We ensure a safe and secure shopping experience to ensure your privacy, protection and security.

Plants are living things and should not be left in their shipping packages for long periods of time, in extreme heat or extreme cold. Please ensure you remove your plants from their shipping packages within 24 hours ( sooner the better )

If plants or any of the contents arrive damaged we will require photos of the box and damaged item. This will be required prior to any credits, return, refund or exchanges. Please note that ONLY the damaged item will be replaced. We will not add new plants or pots that are not damaged. 

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL TO ALL US TERRITORIES.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

Please understand that during peak holiday seasons transit times may vary. We ship items Monday through Friday. During peak holiday seasons like Christmas we will also be shipping on Saturdays. If a Holiday falls on a business day ( Monday - Friday ) processing times will be delayed by one day. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customers responsibility to keep their current address up to date with their payment. We will ship to the address you have on file with your payment method or the address you enter at checkout. In the event the item is shipped to the wrong address and returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping to you. If you're item is showing delivered but you have not received the item, please contact us within 48 hours of item not received showing delivered. We will track and initiate a postal office investigation into the matter. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS

We only accept returns, offer refunds, exchanges and store credits in the event there is damage to the contents of the package. Damaged items will be REPLACED. We will only refund if we determine that the contents are all damaged, we made a mistake, or if the plant is diseased. Damaged items and its remedy are up to our discretion. We aim for customer satisfaction and will make any issues correct promptly and efficiently. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

Dried or wilted bottom leaves are normal and naturally occurs in all plants. These bottom leaves should be removed ( pulled off ) and it will not damage your plant. 

Potting soil on leaves is sometimes unavoidable especially during shipping. This will not hurt your plant and can easily be wiped off with your first watering. 

Please note that during shipping leaves may fall off, break or wilt and this will not harm the plant. Just gently pull those leaves off. If the leaf isn't fractured or wilted and just fell off, set it on a piece of cardboard or any type of plate or other surface and propagate!  A new succulent will begin to grow ( not applicable to air plants or other plants that need to be rooted ). 

All plants can change color and shape from time to time. This is perfectly normal.

Extreme neglect or disregard for caring for your plant.  

SUMMER SHIPPING

Our plants and gift sets are not in any danger during shipping in the summer months of extreme heat. They can however look a little faded upon arrival. This is normal after being in a dark shipping box, but they recover fast and nicely once you remove them and give them proper care. 

WINTER SHIPPING

We ship to all US States even during the winter and take measures to protect your plant and contents from freezing. Winter temperatures can sometimes be unpredictable, and if you live in an area where temperatures in the winter are extremely cold, please add one our low cost warmer packs to your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any cold damaged plants without a heat pack. 

Plants shipped in the fall and the winter are considered dormant and/or semi dormant and may appear smaller and greener than in the spring and summer. With proper care through these months they will flourish in the warmer seasons of spring and summer.
