Sage is derived from the Latin word "salvia" meaning "to heal". Sage oil affects the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakra.
The plant properties of sage are : Antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, antiviral, hormone regulating, estrogen like, disinfectant, circulatory and gallbladder stimulant to name a few.
